Blackboard Administrator, with primary day-to-day focus on providing advice and support to the campus community on how best to use software and technology systems.

  • Supporting projects that rely on technology systems and software, such as Access, Excel and Word
  • Supporting the use of other technology systems for efficient and appropriate academic and administrative processes

Lead faculty trainer in multimedia technologies, with primary day-to-day focus on providing help and support to on-campus faculty and students in the use of learning technologies for the classroom.

Key Areas
  • Training on-campus faculty in new and emerging technologies, such as the use of Wikis, Blogs, ePortfolios, and iTunes U
  • Training and support in the use of multimedia desktop and web applications, including iMovie
  • Managing SWATT tutors and the InTech Lab (a.k.a. “Maggie” Lab)
  • iPad training and support

Student Web and Technology Team (SWATT)
