Activity and Assignment
1. Read an important news story of
the day using the Scholastic News Zone website at the bottom of this webpage.
You may be assigned a specific story, or perhaps you will select one yourself.
2. You will complete a Current
Events Organizer following the reading. You may re-read the story to
look for specific information to complete the organizer. As you read, look
for information that will answer the questions:
