Welcome to my online course which is all about using technology to create instructional materials. The course is designed for teachers of moderate technology ability in the Carroll County Public School System, and it is meant to be delivered through Blackboard. I wanted to make the content available to anyone who may be interested, therefore I am posting the major components to the McDaniel College website. If you start at the bottom of the table and work your way up through the links, you can see how this course has evolved.
