Middle School Science- This site has links to all middle
school science topics. If you
click on the Physics or Chemistry it takes you to a page filled with
activities, worksheets, and labs. These are some of the best printables on the
web and I have used them since I started teaching.

Mrs. J’s Physical Science Page- This teacher has produced worksheets, labs,
and skits for her classes based on her Physical Science textbook. They are
arranged according to the order in which she teaches her classes.

Bernardo Height’s Middle School- This is a teacher’s class site that has links
to all of her printables. She has
labs, movie worksheets, even online worksheets that have hyperlinks to animated
clips to view online. Her topics
range from measurement and forces and motion to classification of matter and
the structure of the atom.

Science Spot- This site offers many worksheets and printables for the middle school classroom. This link takes you directly to the measurement section, but if you scroll up
or down you will find physics and chemistry activities as well. The Metric Mania
Scavenger Hunt is one of my
students’ favorite activities every year.

Worksheet Generator- Discovery School has a section where you can create your own
worksheets with your specific content in a variety of formats. Choose from word scrambles, crosswords,
fill in the blanks, and more. I
use this site to create worksheets frequently.

Periodic Tables- This site
has printable periodic tables for students, quizzes they can take to practice
their elements, and crosswords.
The crosswords are great practice for students who are easily distracted
from other types of worksheets.

Creative
Chemistry- This British site has many printable
worksheets on a variety of chemistry topics. While many are for high school level
students, there are many that middle school students could handle. Click on the
question marks and they will take you to all the different
worksheets for each topic. If you click on fun
stuff at the top there are also online games the students can play if they have internet access.

Teachnology- This site has
worksheets on every topic under the sun. This link will take you directly to worksheets
on atoms and the elements. If you
explore you can find labs and activities for any science subject you’re looking for and for a small fee, you
can link to many more activities than are available to the public for free.

Science Help Online- This is a website I have used in the past. It has many worksheets that practice
