Introduction: Which is better
or will make you lose weight faster, the high protein diet or the high carb
diet? Everyone wants a fast fix to losing weight. The famous diets are out
there now. There is South beach, Adkins, Body for life, Weight Watchers and so
much more. But what diet is the best for losing weight?
Activity: We are going to
compare two diets. The first diet is low carb and it is called The South Beach
Diet. The diet we are going to compare it to is the Adkins which is a high
protein diet.
