The Upper Leg uses Polar angles to rotate the leg up or
down, left or right from its origin (the Hip Joint) The final position of the end of the Upper
Leg is converted into the Cartesian coordinate system before its polygons
are sent to the database of models that could be displayed on the terrain
database.
