LESSON PLAN CITES

I liked this site because right away it was easy to use and
had standards. Plus the other thing was
it had a hook to get kids really involved.
Also many of the lessons were hands on such as finding the volume of a
cylinder by making one. In math it is
important to see connections to real life. Date visited

The National Council of teachers of mathematics developed
this site to go along with the national standards. Now with the No Child Left Behind
Federal law in effect, it is important to be up on the standards and to teach
lessons that have activities that are made to these standards. I again liked all the hands on activities.

I liked this site because it had some across the curriculum
activities. A lot of reading and math
combined lessons. Casey at Bat was one
of my favorite stories and to see it integrated with math was cool. I think students would like these lessons! Date

I needed a lesson site on just fractions. Many students that I work with in my
functional classes have problems with fractions. This was a great site to pick up lessons on
fractions. Date visited

The 10 most requested lesson plans and they are good. They have everything from tangrams
lessons, to problems of the week. They
also included a great jeopardy game to be used for review. A wealth of time saving lessons are listed
here!
