Biomes of the World

As you have already learned by now Science is ever changing, whether it is theory or terminology. The biomes of the world are no exception, so today’s assignment is designed to familiarize you with the six most prominent biomes of the world, pictured above. By clicking anywhere on the picture link, all pictures are connected to the same link, you will be taken to the website where you will read about each of the biomes and complete the chart below with your findings.

Activity: Create a chart including all six biomes, their characteristics/descriptions, climate, plants found there, animals living there, and any interesting facts you learned. You may use any type of chart that you wish to use.
