Your task for this activity is going to be researching the different muscles of the body. You will be assigned to a committee. In this committee, you will break the human body and its muscular system in three sections with each member of the committee in charge of one section of muscles. Afterwards, you will come together and report your findings. As a group you will come together and establishing your goals through this unit. Then you will develop a physical fitness plan to achieve your goal. You will be able to access the Internet and all of its resources to get all of the information that you need to create your fitness program. At the conclusion of this project, you will present your plan to your fellow students.
Goals are very hard to accomplish and take hard work and dedication to reach them. Completing a goal is quite a feat and you should feel very good after you accomplish it. As a group you must decide what your overall team goal is. You will use the Internet to research your area of the body, and come together and develop a fitness plan to accomplish the goal you set. You will research the nutrition chart provided by the link below and establish a good diet for your group goal. A quality diet is just as important as exercising. Next, you will devise a fitness program covering five days a week. On this program, you will tell the exercise and provide a diagram of the muscles being worked.
