The next unit we are going to explore in Physical Education will be volleyball. Before we start practicing the skills that are need to effectively participate in this sport, it is extremely important to learn and understand the rules and history of the game. By learning and understanding the history, you not only get an appreciation of volleyball, but it will also show us how the game has evolved over time. By understanding the rules, we will learn how to play the game properly and can work on the skills that will make us more effective and efficient when playing. Together by first going over the history and rules, we will become better volleyball players. Today we will view several websites that will help us gain a true understanding.
