1.  Kids Running- This website is very colorful and grads your attention.  It is a site for kids to get information on running and the benefits. It teaches kids how to be healthy and physically active.

2.  Kidnetic- This website is very colorful, fun, and interactive.  Kids can learn about different body parts and it gives important information regarding the body part (ex. Heart).  You can learn about nutrition as well.

3.  Kids Health- There are separate areas for parents, kids, and teems to receive age-appropriate information.  In the kids area you learn about your body, dealing with feelings, how to stay healthy among other things.  The site is very colorful and fun.

1. PE Central- This site provides lots of ideas for lessons on all kinds of topics to use by physical education teachers.  The lesson plans are submitted by other teachers to give new and fresh ideas on different topics.  It also provides teachers with other valuable information they could use.

1.  Special Olympics- This site gives you a lot of information about the Special Olympics.  They list the awards that were given out.  There are places you can check out if you want to volunteer, compete, coach, or support.
