Web Link Bibliography:  On this page you will find a variety of websites that I have looked at that are good resources for areas in health and fitness, for physical education teachers, for soccer, and for volleyball.

 

Top Search Engines:  On this page you will find five different areas that have the top two search engines for each that I have picked out. 

 

Web Quest:  On this page you will find a three part activity that I will have my students do on fitness.  The overall goal is for the students to develop their own workout program to use in my class as well as on their own.

 

Course Module:  On this page you will find a module that teaches you how to use the Favorites feature in Internet Explorer.  You will be able to create folders to store those favorite websites related to physical education. 

 

Web Drop-In 1:  On this page you will find an activity to do that will take you to a soccer website in order to learn a little about its history.  Once you do that there are some questions for you to complete.

 

Web Drop-In 2:  On this page you will find an activity about health and nutrition.  The activity is fun and interactive.  There are a few questions to answer to complete the activity.

 

Web Drop-In 3:  On this page you will find and activity on exercise for kids.  The students will learn about exercise and how to make it fun for them.  There are some questions that will need to be answered to complete the activity.

 

Web Drop-In 4:  On this page you will find an activity on anaerobic and aerobic exercise.  The students will learn about each by reading an article on each of them and then responding to a few questions. 

 

Web Drop-In 5:  On this page you will find an activity about volleyball.  The students will visit three websites to gather information on volleyball and use that information to create a well organized table of web diagram. 

 

PE Lesson Plans:  On this page you will find my top five websites where you can find physical education lesson plans.  At each site that I have listed there is a lesson plan from that site to look at.  All of the sites are great resources to use for physical education lesson ideas. 

 

Instructional Worksheets:  On this page you will find 10 sites that take you to instructional activities and worksheets to use in your physical education class. They are based on nutrition and fitness.

 

Online Shopping:  On this page you will find a table that gives you different types of shopping methods and a description of each method.  The table also contains to links to a website that is for that type of shopping method.

 

 

Instructional Modifications:  On this page you will find two types of special needs.  Under each you will find ten ways you can modify the student’s assignments for the computer.
