Computer Care Top 10 List!
A web drop-in activity for 6-8th grade.
Introduction:
Computers are becoming more and more prevalent in our daily lives. Having a computer can be a costly investment. Keeping your computer healthy and in tip-top shape is extremely important if you want to get the most out of your investment.
Directions:
1) Launch Microsoft Word on your computer and open a blank page. You will be using this page to take notes and collect information.
2) Visit and review each of the links provided. Identify items you read and feel are important.
3) Use the "Copy" and "Paste" feature to collect as many tips and basic facts about computer care as possible.
4) Collect a minimum of 15 tips or Facts on computer care.

Finishing Up:
1) When you have collected atleast 15 tips or useful facts you may stop searching.
2) Create a "Top 10" list using what you feel are the most important / essential tips.
3) Make sure your name and period are on your paper and print it out to hand in.
