Have you ever wondered about visiting some of the African countries, going on a Safari while there or just seeing what some of the countries there have to offer.

Since I have received a new student from Cameroon, it sparked my interest to see what was in that West African country.  I found many interesting and fascinating things to create a virtual field trip. Click on the links, view the inserted photographs and buckle your seat belts…. We’re off to Cameroon.

           It is…"Virtually Possible"

When traveling anywhere, there are many warnings for tourists.  Before we go on,  Click here to read about the tourist warnings for Cameroon.

Because of the concern for the elephants’ survival in Cameroon, the Ministry of Cameroon  has worked with World Wildlife Fund-Cameroon and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to design a plan to help alleviate the problems encountered with the elephants and the people of Cameroon. An American Veterinarian, Dr. Mike Loomis, was on the team to develop a plan. Click here on elephants of Cameroon    to visit and read more about what has been done to help maintain this area and the elephants.
