Cortland Review- Features interviews and readings from different poets, including poet Laureate, Billy Collins. This site gives inspiration and Life to the written word and is a great tool to Help children learn to enjoy poetry. http://www.cortlandreview.com/features/02/04/index.html

Poetry A-Z- features a listening booth where you can listen to poems by a multitude of poets.  If your poet isn't obscure, you'll find him here..  This will be a great resource because it has so many well loved poets and Poetry listed. Radio Dramatic Productions of Literature

Wired for Books-This is an expansive collection of audio books, including childrens books and several shakespearean plays.  A great resource to have because there is bound to be a book or a play that is applicable to what you are teaching in the classroom.  This site is great because it couers a broad range of age levels, from elementary to high school and who doesn't like having a book read to them. http://www.tcom.ohiou.edu/book

Music of a Culture
Listen to the Music of Several cultures to Get a taste of their music. These sites are a good resource to have because you can use them to coincide with your art lessons and the different cultures whose artworks you are studying.  Also Great for background music while students are working on assignments.

This site has Jewish music around the clock.  Great for the winter season and lessons on  the jewish holiday of Hannukah.

Essential of Music- A chronological timeline of composers.  Great for studies of particular time periods. You can use this to coincide with lessons about a particular timeperiod and the type of art that was being created as well as what influences were prevelant. http://www.essentialsof music.com/

History and Politics Out Loud- A great selection of speeches from signifigant moments in Histoty.  Great for authentic Learning because to hear the speeches out loud makes you feel like you are a part of the moment.
