Self Fitness Evaluation

 

This is a simple fitness evaluation that you can do at your home to set a bench mark for your fitness as well as evaluate your current level of fitness.   Visit Rob’s Home of Fitness Testing www.topendsports.com/testing/hometest.htm

and review the descriptions of the fitness test.  Be sure to read all four tests.

 

Complete the following Task:

 

Create a personal fitness log that will track you fitness progress over the course of the school year.  The log should include all four exercises and enough dates to make an entry every month.
