Common Good

We are preparing for our Simulated Congressional Hearings the Common Good seems to be a common thread for all groups to discuss. I would like you to go to Ease History and look at some video clips from the past century and write how each event promotes the common good.

1. Go to the site and click on core values.

2. Click on Core Democratic Values and several clips will pop up for viewing.

3. Choose two and listen to their speeches as well as read the information cited about the event.

4. Write a paragraph about each event and how it promotes the common good. Each paragraph will be evaluated on the following:
