Geography of Our United States

Introduction:

There are many geographic titles and landmarks that can help you identify where you are in the United States. Can you name all 50 states, their capitals, and more?

Activity:

Answer these questions on the map below:

  1. Label the states - the first letter is given as a clue.
  2. Label the state capitals.
  3. Color the state you live in red.
  4. Label the border the U.S. shares with Canada.
  5. Label the border the U.S. shares with Mexico.
  6. Label the Atlantic and Pacific oceans and Gulf of Mexico. Color them dark blue.
