            I am currently a 5th Grade teacher at Glyndon Elementary School and working towards my Masters in School Library Media at McDaniel College (formally Western Maryland College) in Westminster, Maryland.  I have created this web index page to post my work for my SLM 521 Telecommunications and Internet course.  The assignments focus on lessons and activities that maybe beneficial to a 5th Grade classroom.  Go ahead and inch your way through my work.  Enjoy bugging around!

v  5 Web Dropins 

A web dropin is a short interactive activity where students are introduced to a topic and read to be informed.  Students quiz themselves to see how much they have learned about their subject and have a short activity to complete.  The web dropins are short, fun lessons and should take about 20-30 minutes to complete.  ENJOY!!
