If you need to find out about anything all you have to do is google it and you will instantly find a variety of links on the subject.  They have a search for maps, images, video, news and even shopping. 

 

Bing - http://www.bing.com/

Bing is a brand new search engine that is easy to use.  Like google you can search for what you want and find a wealth of links on your subject.  A unique feature to Bing is their daily image on the home page.  You can click on the picture to find out interesting facts about the image.

 

Kid Safe Search Engines

Yahoo! Kids - http://kids.yahoo.com/

This is a kid friendly site where children can search for information that might interest them.  They can also find out about new movies for their age group, games, sports, and jokes.  There is even an Ask Earl section where you can ask any question for Earl to answer.

 

Ask Kids - http://www.askkids.com/

This is another kid friendly site where kids can find information on movies and games.  They can also find images and videos.  There is even a link to find help with any homework questions they might have.
