Text Box: Weight training is a great way to get into and stay physically fit.  Depending on what you want to accomplish whether it be toning, strengthening, or power, there is a work out for you. 1.	Two exercises per body part.
2.	Number of repetitions.
3.	Number of sets.
4.	Space for you to write your actual weight lifted and actual number of repetitions.
