Activity-Virtual Field Trips- This site contains four space sites for virtual field
trips. There is a shuttle launch
simulator. There is also a trip to a
space station. The students also tour
the planets and the universe.

cycles. It is a brief introduction to
insects and arachnids. There is a small
follow-up activity for students to complete.

This is an activity to learn about Ladybugs. There are three activities for students to do. The activities include learning interesting
facts, anatomy, and life cycle.

made for second graders. I would use it
during the life cycle unit. It helps
students learn the difference between an insect and a spider. Students will do research on the Internet
and then write a paragraph about the things they learned.
