Lesson Plans
Physics and Astronomy Lesson
Plans
This site probably has the most
extensive list of example lesson plans that I have ever seen. I think they have pretty much every topic in
physics covered. The actual lesson plans
are great, as well. They are very
detailed and thorough and usually not that difficult to incorporate into a
classroom. I would definitely recommend
this site if you are looking for physics lesson plans.

SMILE Program Physics Index
This is another great site with a
ridiculous amount of lesson plans. It
also ranges over almost every topic in physics, as well as a little bit of
chemistry. These lesson plans are a
little more simplified in their material, so they would probably be more likely
used in a lower level physics class, but they could also be fun and interesting
lessons for the upper level classes.

The Educator’s Reference Desk
This site has a decent amount of
lesson plans covering a variety of topics.
The list is by no means in comparison to

Physics Lesson Plans
If you are looking for lesson
plans on the most interesting and exciting topic in physics, then this is the
site to go to. It doesn’t have a huge
list of lesson plans, but the ones that it has are probably the most appealing
topics to students. These work well when
students are starting to get bored or stressed with the regular content and you
want to give them something interesting to do.

The Lesson Plan Page
This site also has a lot of cool
and interesting lesson plans on it, but I would have to say that for physics
there are a lot better sites to check out first. What is great about this site is that it
provides lesson plans for every subject of science ranging from ecology to
psychology, so it is a great site for general science classes and teachers who
teach more than one science subject.
