WebQuest - Native American Games- Our second grade class will participate in a Native American Celebration with fifth graders.  We need to research Native American games through this WebQuest to choose the games for the celebration.

5.  Pornography – Students and parents should know what to do if they get trapped in

    an inappropriate site.  This site contains a letter to students and parents discussing

    safety concerns and what to do if an inappropriate site is found on the Internet.

6. Silicon Oil Snake - I have selected five discussion points from Clifford Stoll’s book,

7.  Email Tips - Email can be a real time saver.  It is important to keep in mind that the

     reader may not perceive the message in the same way that the message was

     intended.  By following some basic email tips, you can help to prevent your email

     message from being misinterpreted.

8.  Sound - This collection of sound bites is centered around a patriotic theme.  It

     could be used for various grade levels to enhance any American unit being taught.

9.  Worksheets - This site contains a collection of addresses that will help teachers

     construct spelling worksheets and spelling lists that can be centered on "chunks" or

     other patterns.  These sites can be used across grade levels, depending on the level

     of the learner.

11. Translation - Part of communicating, particularly in schools today, is learning to

     speak the language of the students.  Technology can aid in this effort by

     translating our written words into whatever language is native to our students. This
