Dear Provider,

    Recently I opened my email address and noticed that I had an email Hoaz warning sent by you.  I appreciate that you are trying to promote safety within my Internet community but I would be grateful if you delete my name from your list.  I am sick and tired of receiving emails from your address that keep filling space up in my Inbox for REAL mail.  I would be grateful if you delete my name from your email list.  In addition to this letter, I will notify my server of the information you have sent and personally notify the individuals in my address book concerning the Internet hoax you have advised me of.  If you do not comply with my wishes, I do have to  inform you that I will report you to CHOCE and to the government for harrassment charges.  I feel that I have cleared up any questions or concerns you may have concerning my email address.  If for some reason you have read this and still do not understand what I'm asking of you, then I'll put it simple, STOP emailing my address or there will be consequences.  Thank you for your time and patience in reading my email.  This will be the last time we speak.
