This page contains a list of links that are helpful to any PE teacher. There are links to sites giving lesson plans and ideas, as well as equipment sales.

It also talks about the benefits of weight training to total body conditioning and heart health. This provides good information to give to high school aged students in life fitness or weight training

3. Lesson Ideas: Body and Space Awareness – This page provides actual lesson plans for teaching body and space awareness in grades k-5. Everything that I need is here and it is updated regularly.
