CLIPART/PICTURES
OBJECTIVE
At the end of this lesson, students will
have gained valuable Clipart resources
and be able to cut and paste Clip Art from selected sites into Word documents.
INTRODUCTION
Clipart is a great resource that you can
use to spice up an assignment and make it more appealing to the eye. The Internet makes Clipart accessible to the
public and it is easy to use!
Clipart/Pictures are a great way to add meaning to an otherwise simple
assignment or just make it nice to view.
I find that using Clipart/Pictures puts a personal touch on an
assignment and also can show how you, the author, feel about the topic.
ACTIVITY
Students will use their favorite search
engine to find Clipart/Picture sites that supply FREE art Use this TIP SHEET http://wwwfac.wmdc.edu/slm/phillips/521/t-artcap.htm,
in order to learn how to cut and paste Clipart/Pictures properly.
ASSIGNMENT
Students will create a document, using
Microsoft Word, and will ad Clipart/Pictures to the document.
