Exercising Tips and Important Health Information

In order to remain healthy exercise must be a very important part of your life.  Many people are very unfamiliar with proper exercising techniques as well as appropriate exercises for their body types.  In assignment you will learn some tips for healthy exercise for your body type as well as some important health information.

 

Assignment

1. Go to this website, American Heart Association. 

2. Click on the body type that applies to you.  Active or Low Active

   3. If you are low active:

-       Click on the Benefits of Daily Activity and read it.

-       Next, Click on Nutrition for Fitness and review it.

-       Next, Click on Tips for Exercising Success and review it.

4. After you have completed the steps above, fill out this quiz and submit it to the teacher for a grade.
