1.    Discovery School – This site has hundreds of lesson plans.  You can search this site by subject, grade, or both.  The Discovery School homepage is also filled with other teaching tools and even a store to purchase other items.

2.    Awesome Library – Has a variety of links to different sites with lesson plans for high school science/biology teachers. Search by clicking on the particular field of science you are interested or go right to the different lesson plan websites by clicking on Lesson Plans.

3.    Senior High Lesson Plans – Not to exclude PC users, but Apple has a site with lesson plans that utilize different hardware that can only be provided by Apple.  Most of the lesson plans require that you have certain Apple hardware.  The school that I observed at had a lot of Apple hardware and very few PCs.  This is why I included this link.

4.    Education-World:  Lesson Plans- Education-World is just an excellent resource for any educator.  It has a variety of information that can be used by the teacher in the classroom and for professional development.  Most of the lesson plans on this site are very authentic and relate well to different students in different situations.

5.    The Science Connection- This site is hosted by the University of Arizona.  It has numerous amounts of activities and lesson plans to be used inside the high school science/biology classroom.  The lessons are very entertaining and include awesome activities.  I also like the lung model found at the home page.
