Introduction:
Pop Art is a style of art. Read and explore the following sites to get an understanding of what pop art is and what it looks like. Andy Warhol was one of the most popular artists of this style.

Activity:
Create your own pop art.
Use magazine clippings, newspaper, computer images, paint or anything you can think of to create your pop art piece.
Blow up your image on a copier, create different sized images, use multiple images…let your imagination go wild!
Make sure your final piece of Pop Art is 8 ½” X 11” or larger.
After you have finished your artwork, write a paragraph (100 words or more) on why your piece should be considered Pop Art.
