Industrial Revolution

The Industrial Revolution was an extremely important time in our nation’s history.  Mass production allowed us to make goods quickly and efficiently.  If it was not for important inventions the United States would not have turned into a wealthy and powerful world leader that it became.

Students will be required to go to the following website where they will look at the chart and have to describe the invention created and it’s important to society.

Some questions to answer using the website:

1)      What was the invention?

2)      Why was it important?

3)      What would have happened that the invention not be invented?

4)      Rank the inventions from most important to least important (based on your personal opinion)

5)      What are some of the most important inventions within the last fifty years?
