Large View Nutrition is something that is important to learn and know information on but often times the younger generations do not worry about how much sugar or how much fat is in the beverages that they consume each day. In this unit on nutrition we will be comparing juice and soda and in the end come to a conclusion on which is better.

The National Soft Drink Association has put together a list of United States beverage companies, some which might be familiar to you and others that might not be so well known. Go to the site provided and choose two beverage companies one that specifically produces juice products and one that specifically produces soda products. Make sure to choose two different companies, one for each product. After visiting the site and choosing the two companies complete the assignment below.

  2. Pick one specific type of juice from that company and find the nutrition facts for that type of juice. Complete the chart below with the nutritional information from that juice.
