Whales

This is a minke

Dropin #4

Whales are a species of animal that are often considered mysterious since they are a water animal and we as humans are land animals.  It is difficult for humans to study whales since they are so massive in size.   They are not something that we can bring into our homes and do research on. Through the Internet we are able to do just that.  In this unit we will be studying two websites on Whales and comparing and contrasting the websites and how they differ.

After visiting the two websites below please print out and complete the worksheet provided.

Site #1

A site on whales from the whale watching capital of the world in Hervey Bay, Queensland, Australia.

Site #2
