Newsletters - Elective # 4

Education World has several great resources for weekly newsletters. I found the Teacher Lesson Plans (newsletter-lessons@educationworld.com) useful because teachers have submitted plans that they have already tried in their classes. I like how teachers are willing to share their strategies for success, and I plan on collecting a few ideas for great lessons as I run across them. I also subscribed to Education News Headlines (http://newsheadlines@educationworld.com/) because I like to keep myself current in the field. This newsletter is dedicated teachers, and it addresses issues that are occurring both inside and outside of the classroom. You can browse the list available at Education World’s homepage (http://www.educationworld.com/maillist.shtml) and either subscribe to the various newsletters. And you can easily unsubscribe from them on this same page. It is easy to use, and the material is interesting and relevant.
