Hello traveling Sixth Graders! Our expedition, “Where In The World Is Sixth Grade,” has come to its final week. You all have done well during your travels and shared many great thoughts and ideas. We have one more stop to make before we end. We are going “down under” to AUSTRALIA!

Australia has many interesting facts to explore. On our trip to Australia, we are going to look at the animals of the land. I would like for you to click on the following link to do research. Pick an animal that you find interesting and investigate it. In two paragraphs, I want you to tell me all about your animal. Take a tour of Australia on The national Geographic Website. After you are done touring. I want you to send me a postcard from Australia. On the pages that you will view, you will have the option to pick a picture from Australia and make it into an e-post card. Look for the I-con on the pages that you visit.
