*              Zoo Animal

Alphabet Book

Introduction:

Learning the A B C’s is the first step in learning to read and we have been practicing our letters and letter sounds.  We have also been learning about the animals at the zoo.   We have learned that there are many different kinds of animals in the zoo and that they look different, eat different foods and come from different parts of the world.  In this activity, we are going to practice our letters while learning about zoo animals.  You will use the cover and letter sheets in the computer center and the Zoobooks web site to create your own letter /fact pages.  When you have made a page for every letter, we will make your book.
