Web Quest – This web quest will direct your students through a variety of activities such as using the Internet to research, creating a timeline, writing a summary and developing a power point presentation on the Revolutionary War.  http://www2.mcdaniel.edu/slm/student/521mcfl03/youngt/webquest.htm

 

Drop Ins

 

Drop in #1 – This drop in requires the students to complete a timeline that represents the significant events that provoked the Revolutionary War. http://www2.mcdaniel.edu/slm/student/521mcfl03/youngt/dropin1.htm

 

Drop in #2 – The students will learn about three important documents that came about due to the war.  They are required to explain how the war (conflict) created this positive change for the colonists.  http://www2.mcdaniel.edu/slm/student/521mcfl03/youngt/dropin2.htm

 

Drop in #3 – There were many major battles and events during the American Revolution.  The students will fill out a graphic organizer that names at least five of these significant events.  They will also describe the year, place, purpose, and outcome of the event.  http://www2.mcdaniel.edu/slm/student/521mcfl03/youngt/dropin3.htm
