To find the timeline, click on the MD Kids’ Page graphic below or type the following URL: http://www.mdkidspage.org/

Then click on the History Link and finally, click on the Time Line Link.

After viewing the MD Kids’ Page, use your knowledge of timelines to answer the following questions in your Social Studies Journal.

1. How many centuries does the timeline span?

2. How many decades does the timeline span?

3. Choose 1 decade, analyze two separate events from that decade. Create a T chart like the one below. Compare and contrast the two events. In your analysis, share aspects of each event that are similar and aspects that are different with respect to the time period.
