Sound Files Elective

I selected audio files of children’s stories because I believe it is very important to read to children.  Nothing can take the place of an adult reading a book to a child with the book in hand,  but these files may add some variety to your “story time.”  The activity of listening to the story would be more beneficial if you have a hard copy of the book and turned the pages with your child. Another activity you could share with your child  is to have your child draw pictures of his favorite part of the story.  This could help with comprehension.  Have fun listening!
