Anything can be published on the web. Therefore, when compiling research from internet-based sources, it is important to authenticate the information--particularly since web-based publishing is not set to the same standards as print-based publications.

These links will provide you with a web page evaluation sheet that can be used to evaluate websites you visit for research. There are also sample forms that were completed for two sites pertaining to Martin Luther King, one good and one bad. All of these can be downloaded using adobe acrobat reader 5.0 or greater.
