McDaniel College, a private, liberal arts college located 30 miles northwest of Baltimore and 55 miles north of Washington, DC, seeks applicants for the position of Director of Institutional Research.
Reporting to the Provost and Dean of the Faculty, the Director will support college planning at all levels through collection, analysis, and application of institutional data and information; design systems for data collection and utilization; act as data manager, IPEDS Key holder and primary contact person for institutional research; ensure the integrity and consistency of institutional data.
Required: Master’s degree, preferably in statistics or related social science field; at least three years experience in institutional research or related area; comprehensive knowledge of statistical methods and statistical applications such as SPSS and Excel; excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational and interpersonal skills. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
