Dear Parent or Guardian,

Your student will have the opportunity to use computer technology in this current school year. This technology includes the Internet and all the capabilities that the Internet provides. As a parent/guardian, it is important for you to understand and agree to the safeguards that your student’s school administration has provided. Enclosed is a Student Internet Safety Checklist and Agreement form. It is recommended that you and your student read each statement before signing. Please return the signed form to the student’s homeroom teacher as soon as possible.
