Objective: The students will be able to decipher between successful blogging and unsuccessful blogging.

Introduction: Our world is becoming a paperless world. Remember the days when we wrote everything down? Now many of us use computers to create lists, write letters, make appointments, and many other everyday functions. The most recent paper function that has changed to a computer function is journaling. People used to keep diaries or personal journals in pretty books next to their beds but now there is another way. Blogs are online journals. Anyone can create a blog on the web and “write” in it daily, weekly, or monthly. Some blogs are profitable and others are used as an outlet for personal ideas.

Activity:  Now discover why so many people are turning to blogs as their journals. Would you change your ways of writing to blogging instead of the familiar paper and pencil method?
