Gold vs. Chocolate

Which would you rather have…gold or chocolate? Now that we’ve finished reading The Chocolate Touch, we are going to read the story of King Midas.

Next, click on the picture below, and it will take you to a website with the story of King Midas. Read the story of King Midas, and answer the questions on the worksheet.

After you have read the story of King Midas and answered the questions, think about how John Midas (from The Chocolate Touch) and King Midas are alike and different. Fill in the chart, and then use the chart to create a Venn Diagram.
