Digital Photo Services

As we all have switched over to digital cameras in the past ten years more of us are also looking for online ways to store and share our photos. There are many free online services that allow us to make photo albums and share them with our friends and family. The various services provide some of the same things while others are a little different. After looking at a few of the top digital photo service sites I have made a list of what I believe are the top three. This listing was based on how well the site was to use, how easy it was to upload pictures, the look that could be created, and how easy it was to share these online albums with friends and family.
I really found this site to be the easiest to navigate and upload pictures to. You are able to do some minor editing with this site, along with adding boarders and comments to each picture. It is easy to share the photos by simple email the information to the recipient. You can also buy prints or put a picture on many items and have them shipped right to your house. Although this site did not have all the bells and whistles that a lot of the other digital photo sites have it was right to the pointand easy to follow.

I found this site to be number two on my list. It does offer more then Kodak but is a little harder to navigate and upload pictures to. This site offers a lot more offline items to purchase. Online items can be a little more decorated with this site. Along with having an online photo album they also have a spot where you can actually make a website for your photos.

This site initially looks the most fun, but I soon found that it was harder to work with what you had to get the results that you wanted. This site does offer you a run of the mill online photo album but it also has something called snapshow which is like an animated power point for photos with music. The various designs seem pretty limited with this function. This site seems to be very easy to share pictures with others so even though it may be a little harder to use at first it may end up being the most scrapbook like in the end.
