This lesson is constructed for students in fourth grade that are learning about using the internet in their everyday life. This is the fourth of five total assignments that will be completed. These activities will be geared towards the subjects of English and technology.

Lesson

During today’s lesson we are going to spend some time looking at other online books. I would like you all to search the web for other books that can be found online just like The Dairy of a Wimpy Kid. You can also include websites that give information about authors.

After you have found two or three websites that you feel are the best, I would like you to write, in a word document, why you liked the websites, and what you learned about them. Where they easy to use? Did they have fun home pages? Where the stories on books that you recognized? You will be graded on how well you wrote your paper, along with the search that you did to find what you feel are the best websites for online books and information on authors.
