ABC Teach – This website offers a variety of clip art.  Although it does not seem like as much as the other sites there is plenty to use.  Most of these images are colored and cartoon like.  They are organized in categories in order to make it easy to find what you are looking for.

Teacher Flies – This site contains clip art that is a little different.  It is mostly images that teachers may want to print out and hang on their classroom walls, such as the months, or the season.  They do have some instructionally valuable images such as number blocks and clocks.

Clip Art for Teachers – This site really has in mind what teachers may want from their clip art.  This website includes things such as counting spheres for numbers and animals for the alphabet.  The things that impressed me the most were the science pictures that could really be used as a teaching tool.  You do have to be a member to get these pictures and there is a fee.
