Fast or Slow Lifting?
Many
training myths have surfaced in the past and has stirred up
controversy in the field of athletic training. One of these is
argument between lifting fast or lifting slow. Many coaches,
trainers, and athletes have heard rumors that one is better than the
other. What does science tell us? Do we just go off of what
successful athletes have done in the past? Think about your training
experiences in the past and what you believe have had the best
results.

Finally write a paragraph about your position after looking into the topic. Is it the same or did it change? Be sure to support your answers.
