From the information that you have gathered and learned from the previous readings and activities. Create an individualized nutritional program using an excel type spreadsheet for the next month. You will need to consider and include the following factors into your spreadsheet: Age, Height, Weight, Sex, Energy Expenditure (frequency & intensity), and Environment. Your plan should include a itemized caloric breakdown for at least 3-4 main meals per day for the next month with supplemental meals (snacks) depending on nutritional needs. Be sure to include in your spreadsheet the amounts of Protein, Carbohydrates, and Fat, in grams. At the bottom of the spreadsheet add each column together for a daily total for each category. After each day include a brief synopsis summarizing how well you followed your plan and if there were any modification made. This should also be followed by any exercises performed that day. The following is a guideline that you may follow.
