Anaerobic vs. Aerobic Exercise

 

 

Introduction:  As we continue to learn about fitness, we will be learning two types of exercise.  The two types of exercise we are going to discuss are aerobic and anaerobic exercise.  As you complete this activity you will learn about each type of exercise and the benefits of each.  You will also be able to apply this knowledge to making training programs. 

 

Information:  In order to complete this activity you need to visit two different websites.  You will then read the article on the page.  In order to get to the websites you will click on either aerobic or anaerobic below.
