Introduction: As we continue to learn about fitness, we
will be learning two types of exercise.
The two types of exercise we are going to discuss are aerobic and
anaerobic exercise. As you complete this
activity you will learn about each type of exercise and the benefits of
each. You will also be able to apply
this knowledge to making training programs.
